Notification Details

Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released the official notification (Advt No: 12/2026/CHQ/DR‐CBT) inviting online applications from qualified and dynamic Indian nationals for the recruitment of Manager and Junior Executive across multiple specialized cadres. A total of 389 vacancies have been announced across various technical and nontechnical disciplines, including Civil, Electrical, Finance, Information Technology, Operations, Architecture, Law, Fire Services, and Corporate Communications.

Overview & Compensation

Selected candidates will be posted at various airports, civil enclaves, and regional headquarters managed by AAI across the country. In addition to a lucrative pay scale (Executive Level E-3 for Managers and E-1 for Junior Executives) under the Central Public Sector Enterprise structure, appointed personnel are entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, Perks under the cafeteria approach, Medical Benefits, Provident Fund, and Gratuity as per AAI regulations.

Reservation & Guidelines

Vacancies Allocation: Reservations for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and PwBD are implemented strictly following Government of India guidelines.
Experience Norms: Managerial roles necessitate a mandatory 3year postqualification professional experience in the relevant domain.
Admit Card & Exam: The ComputerBased Test (CBT) is scheduled for 21 and 26 October 2026, and admit cards have been officially released.
