Following the successful registration phase, the Commission conducted written examinations on 30, 31 July & 01, 03 August 2025 across multiple test centers in Bihar. Pay Scale & Career Scope

Selected candidates as BTSC Staff Nurses will be appointed under the Pay Matrix Level-7 (or Level-8 depending on specialized cadre rules under the Bihar Health Services Rules). In addition to the basic pay, appointed staff nurses are eligible for state government allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Allowance, Uniform Allowance, and Nursing Allowance as applicable under Bihar Civil Services guidelines.
