The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Final Result 2026 for the recruitment of Junior Engineers (JE) in Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines across various premier Central Government Departments, Organizations, and Offices. The recruitment drive for 2025 aims to fill a total of 1,731 vacant posts in key organizations such as the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Central Water Commission (CWC), Military Engineer Services (MES), Border Roads Organization (BRO), National Technical Research Organization (NTRO), and Farakka Barrage Project.

Selected candidates as Junior Engineers in Central Government Ministries will be appointed under Pay Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400) of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC). In addition to basic pay, selected candidates are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), medical benefits, and government accommodation where applicable as per Central Government rules.
